This is in a working class neighborhood (not 7th street vibes 😂). Lots of friendly old people and families around. It’s 10 mins to downtown, to 7th street, and 25 mins to the airport. We all split utilities and WiFi. We like very clean common areas (no leaving dishes, no messy bathroom, etc). Our house is super chill and peaceful. Ideally looking for someone that’s responsible, clean, and has had roomies before. No pets, children, smoking, or live-in significant others. It is 420 friendly, just has to be outdoors.

I’m 28 and work from home as a system designer for a solar panel company (so random) and an online psychology professor. I enjoy reading, traveling, staying active, dancing, and cozy nights in. I travel ALOT for extended amounts of time so it would mainly be you and the other roommate.

The other roommate is 28 as well, friendly, chill, and works a lot. She’s a home body but is mainly focused on work. I prefer someone that’s a working professional or at least doesn’t work nights.
