Private bedroom with shared bath available in 3 bedroom single family home with 2 other guys in their 20’s. North Phoenix area. Kitchen and living room are furnished, there is a washer and dryer. Internet is split. Utilities are split 3 ways and run around $200 monthly per person in the summer. Must be good with medium size dogs. Looking for respectful roommate who will follow house rules. No drugs, no smoking and no parties. There is street parking available.
