The duplex is fully furnished with an attached one car garage. The bedroom has an attached bathroom and has been recently updated and comes fully furnished.

Unique situation, please read further. I am a single mom to a 13 year old daughter and I am looking for a “live in” nanny who would like free room and board. I will also pay a weekly stipend as well, details can be discussed. This would start at the beginning/middle of August and continue for a year. I am hoping for a responsible adult who can become part of the family, bring my daughter to school, ski training, and social events while I am traveling. I travel weekly from Monday - Thursday. Benefits would also include 2 weeks of paid vacation as well as full use of a car if needed.
