Option 1 - $1195 for a Fully Furnished Bedroom for 1 person + shared bathroom with another person.

Option 2 – $1295 for a Fully Furnished or Unfurnished Bedroom for 1 person + Private Bathroom (not shared)

Option 3 - $1395 for a Fully Furnished or Unfurnished Bedroom for 1 person + Private Bathroom + Garage parking + Mini-Frig

• Available Oct. 16 - Flexible. I would prefer someone long-term, but we can start month-to-month if we prefer and then decide.
