Looking for a female roommate to sign a sublet for July and August 2021.

I’m early 30’s, female, Outgoing person. I’m from Korea and have lived in New York for about 10 years!

I’m looking for a roommate who can stay for July and August 2021.

Prefer 20’s/ 30’s and No couples.

No drugs / No Pets

The room: The room is private and can fit a Full or Queen bed and furniture. Desk/Chair/Closet included. If you have a bed you can bring it with you.

The Neighborhood: A lot of restaurants, bars, cafes, supermarkets. Laundromat is a short 1 minute walk away, Very clean and nice neighborhood to go jogging.

Transportation: 15 mins to Manhattan. The N W train at Broadway is a 5 minute walk away, the M R train at Steinway is a 8 minute walk away. The bus to the Costco stops near our apt (1 min walk).

The Apartment: 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom, Kitchen, a beautiful large living room, in a modern renovated apartment building with 8 or so apartments. The apartment is on the 2nd floor. There is a new refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and etc in the kitchen and a big smart TV in the living room. The kitchen, living room and bathroom are shared.

This room is only available for July and August. You will be sharing the apartment with me and other roommate (late 20’s, female, professional). It will be a very relaxed and comfortable setting. Everyone has their privacy.

The Rent is $1050/month for rent(heat/water included) + Utilities (Separate).

***$300 per week is also available.

Security Deposit: $1050, which is refundable when you leave, as long as you give me a 30 day’s notice that you are leaving.
