Private room on second floor of 4BD house. Shared bathroom and laundry room with kitchen nook on second floor as well. Access to full kitchen downstairs (so long as you clean up after yourself, you’re free to use the kitchen whenever), as well as downstairs 1/2 bathroom. Large yard. Owner and landlord on site.

Room is roughly 130“ x 130“ inside space.

Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination required. We are both fully vaccinated, but in an at-risk demographic. Current tenant is vaccinated.

Owner has one large friendly dog, three cats, and exotic pets (snakes). The snakes are, of course, safely in vivariums and cannot get out. No tenant pets allowed, though exceptions for small reptiles/amphibians may be granted. Parking space is available in driveway. Home is located next to a school and is in a cul-de-sac. Very close to the 10 freeway; lots of food and shopping options nearby. Close to hiking trails and parks as well.

While we are 420 friendly, smoking is not allowed on the premise in any form, edibles are okay, but need to be stored in your room. Any drugs other than cannabis are also not allowed. If you smoke cannabis off site, make sure you are deodorized before you return. Or just use edibles. Tobacco smoking is not permitted, period.

We will contact you upon completion of the application form linked at the start of this section. The contract is set up in such a way that you only need to sign once, and after the expiration of the contract period, your stay continues on a month-to-month basis.

We are two siblings in our 30s. We are chill, very nerdy - if you like anime, gaming, and/or DnD we’ll get along great. One of us works nights, but is a very heavy day sleeper. Unless you stomp around banging a pair of cymbals you won’t wake her. The other is disabled at present and home most of the time, but mostly games in his room. We are both potatoes (permanent injuries) so we make a lot of self-deprecating jokes; don’t mind us. We laugh a lot and enjoy a good sense of humor.
