Shared room with ucla senior students. Cute courtyard in back for picnics. On site washer and dryer. All hardwood floor with big open windows. Close to UCLA and Westwood. We have it mostly furnished with two sofas, dinning table, fridge, microwave, and more. Parking is usually available on street. first floor, upstairs is landlord and he is usually really quiet

gay friendly! 1 male and 1 female. Lots of plants throughout apartment, and love to cook/bake. Both are fully vaccinated and Covid cautious.
I am leaving starting june so you can sublease it from june 1 to august 31 with the potential to lease it from september and on.
