Hello! I am looking for someone to replace me in my adorable, affordable, and cozy 4 bed, 1 bath apartment in Dorchester for June 1st. Ideally you will be subletting from me for the rest of the existing lease and then signing onto the new lease in September.

About the room: The rest of the apartment is fully furnished, but the room is yours to design! It has ample space for a large bed, dresser, desk, table, chair, and other furniture. It gets the best light in the house!

About the space: This is really a gem of an apartment. It is located on a quiet street and is a 7 minute walk from Shawmut Station on the red line. Some features of the apartment include a gorgeous porch, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, IN-UNIT LAUNDRY, a fully equipped kitchen, a newly redone bathroom, hardwood floors, a printer, a garbage disposal, and a cute stained glass window. It’s incredibly comfortable and well equipped. Rent is $723 a month plus gas, electric, internet, and compost. Water is included. Pets aren’t allowed on the current lease but can be negotiated on the next one starting in September.

Your roomies will be professionals in their mid twenties. Two are a couple who work at Trader Joe’s and one is a freelance designer. They are very relaxed and friendly and like to play video games and hang out on the porch. Very artistic/nerdy/super chill vibes. Smoking and 420 friendly on the porch.
