We absolutely love our 3 bedroom apartment right next to Lincoln Center and are hoping to find a responsible, kind female to fill our third bedroom! Reasons why we love our apartment include:

- 8 min. walk to the 1 train and 12 min. walk to Columbus Circle (ABCD)
- walking distance to Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s

Additional Information for interested candidates: There is a one time $250 sublet fee given to our building. You will need proof of income and a background check will be done through the building. Our building does not allow pets. We are open to potential long-term sublets. We are looking for a clean, responsible, kind, non-smoking female who doesn’t bring the party home. (:
About us: We are two musical theatre actresses in our mid-twenties who love to cook, read, burn candles, workout, travel, explore the city, and have a good time. We love our home and want to keep it warm and welcoming!
