Apartment is located in Del Cerro, ½ mile from the SDSU Chemistry building. This is the perfect place for the woman who desires her home to be an oasis of serenity and peace.

The room is furnished with a comfortable double bed, spacious desk, supportive desk chair, tall chest of drawers, and tall bookcase.

The apartment complex is located next to a very nice grocery store (Windmill Farms Community Market), a dentist office, a terrific Mexican restaurant, a pub, an upscale hair salon, a fantastic chiropractor, a particularly nice Goodwill bookstore, and an Einstein Brothers Bagels. There is a branch United States Post Office (inside a liquor store/deli) on one corner and a gas station on another. You would have one assigned parking space. Covered parking is available for an extra fee. There is a bus stop on the corner and the Green trolley line is close – a car is not an absolute necessity. There is a small pool, a tiny fitness center, and well-maintained on-site laundry. The apartment is on the ground floor, but there are some steps leading up to the front porch so it is not wheelchair accessible. The neighbors are quiet and considerate. The entire apartment complex is non-smoking.

Rent is $750 per month including high speed internet.

A Social Security Number is a necessity and you must pass a criminal/credit check with the apartment management company. There is a nominal fee to run the background check, payable to the management company.

This is a smoke-free, drug-free, pet-free, gun-free home.

About me…I am a Christian clergywoman with a passion for liberal politics. I’m cheerful, gentle, and kind. Most folks find me easy to get along with. I enjoy classical and folk music – but keep the volume down low. I’m divorced with three adult children, all of whom live out-of-state.
