Furnished room, it’s not the greatest, but it’s a house. Pretty much everything thing is included, I’m quiet, I keep to myself for the most part. Always have some project going on so I won’t always be in the house. Looking for someone stable, and quiet and clean. Room will have to be painted, if your interested then we can pick a paint color and I’ll paint it up.

The only other room mate is my 2yr old daughter every other weekend. She’s fun and a little cutie. I try to spend most of my time working so I may not be around much. Pretty laid back. Wiling to work with you and would definitely like to team up. The biggest thing for me is communication.
