Harding Street

Hi there! I am posting my room because I honestly am not here that much. I have a three bedroom townhouse that I love basically in College Hill. It has a large back yard for pups. I have a small dog so I hope you’re a dog lover. I want someone who will probably not party or is ultra loud since I am a young professional. There is a garage I basically only use during bad weather, and off street parking. Washer and dryer, and an entire basement to store stuff if you need it. I pay for wifi/cable. Split the other bills which are never much in half. Ample light, hard wood floors, fenced yard. My spare room has a closet, and a storage area for extra stuff. House is furnished except room for rent.
