Currently the rent is $2060, but it hasn’t been raised this year yet so that may change. Easily available street parking; 1.7 miles to the beach and 1.2 to the bay; ground floor unit with friendly neighbors; close to the freeways; 1940’s building (no disposal or dishwasher); small shared kitchen, bathroom and linen closet; no pets; no couples (you can be part of a couple, but you both can’t live here!)

I work Monday through Friday at a special needs school and spend most of my free time decompressing at home, so ideally you are either super chill or very busy! I’m a sometimes cosplayer and avid cinema/tv fan who enjoys a quiet night’s sleep and baking treats to share.
