Private bedroom, furnished with bed and nightstand if needed (extra charge). Private bathroom not attached to the bedroom (hallway access). Shared laundry, living room, kitchen/dining rooms. Possible garage parking depending on size of vehicle (extra charge). Community parking is free but limited on first come first serve. Utilities are included on a 50/50 basis.
