Savannah's room

This is located in Mid City, it’s a four bedroom three bathroom. We have yet to even move into the space (because we need a fourth roomie) but it’s a totally beautiful 4 unit apartment that is totally renovated top to bottom. There are two tandem parking spaces in the back and a beautiful gated front yard with a buddha water fountain and fruit trees. The room we are renting out is the Master room, it comes with a private bathroom, walk in closet, and even a private entry going outside with a little porch area. The unit is on the first floor and includes brand new stainless steel appliances (dishwasher!!!), super high ceilings, and a breakfast bar with granite countertops. The original home was built in the 1920’s so it has a lot of character architecturally! Super cute.

Hi! This is a four bed place so each roommate will have their own bedroom. I’m Savannah and I am 23 years old working as an assistant preschool teacher. The other roommates include Nicol, she is 23 and a student at Cal State LA in computer science. Lastly, the third roommate is Camilla and she is 21 and works at a hair salon.
