I am looking for a responsible social clean roommate in my antique filled artist apartment. This is a beautiful artist apartment classic to the east village/alphabet city. The bedroom is FURNISHED with a linen queen bed and a brand new mattress with foam topper and feather bed with ac unit. The bedroom is bright has two windows. Older applicants and Students are welcome. YOU MUST have a job. YOU MUST be clean. YOU MUST be ok with large dogs. Long term and short term ok.

Rent is $1550.00 includes utilities and housekeeper for the general house.

We are near the best mom and pop restaurants and farmers markets. There is a bus right in front of the apt, and we are one long block from the east river park with a track, and places to bike. There are citibikes around the corner, a pool across the street, and a laundry around the corner that delivers. We also have a bike room downstairs. Our ceilings are high and the rooms are proper. Weve never had bed bugs. I am happy to help provide advice on the area.

I am a fashion editor, I work from home sometimes and am ok with also someone that works from home. No high maintenance, difficult personalities. This is a bright warm, happy apartment. Its noisy, full of life, food, guests. Your girlfriend and boyfriend are welcome as long as they are respectful. I don’t need us to be friends but it would be nice. There is a chefs kitchen you are welocme to use as long as you replace anything you break and don’t scratch up the nonstick pans.

I have a puppy, he is training and is a high drive, high energy dog. He’s a shepherd husky mix, he is in his threes and is a super loving pup. He may want to lick your face sometimes. You don’t have to interact with him at all, but know that you may hear me yelling No Snowball don’t do that. He also sometimes rolls in stinky things and then until I give him a bath he also stinks.
