You will have your own private furnished bedroom plus a bathroom that will be 99.9% used by just you, it would only be used if on the rare chance someone visits they may use that bathroom. Bedroom is situated on the opposite side of the Primary that adds for added privacy. There’s a pool in backyard. Parking would be on the street/driveway. There are two TV living room areas. I have 1 cat, however, only open to the idea of renting to someone with a max of 1 cat. (We can discuss if it would be a good fit for the cats) I’m located in a convenient location in Ahwatukee, close to the I-10 and off the new 202 HWY. ** Note that this is a month-to-month lease, there’s no set lease length terms, which allows for a more harmonized living arrangement. :) Looking for non-smoker. $200 of the security deposit is non-refundable. Do not have room for multiple cars. *** If you work from home (remote) an additional $45 per month for utilities will be added to rent. ** TV & bedding (sheets & pillows) that is shown in bedroom pics are not included in rent** - Additional pet deposit of $75.00 and monthly rent of $35.00 will be added.

Hi!!! I go by Liz, I work from home and am mostly a homebody. I am health & wellness conscious; I work out daily, love being physically active but love my lazy time too! I can binge a murder documentary like the best of em. I like to kick-back and relax with friends from time to time out by the pool or head out for happy hour. I have 1 chill cat who mostly just sleeps or follows me around. I crave harmony in & outside the home. I enjoy anything creative as well. painting, design etc. I am respectful of the space & belongings of whom I share my house with. The vibe in the house is laidback and respectful and looking for someone who appreciates positive energy. I am pescatarian, non-cigarette smoker, will grab a drink or have a glass at home mostly just on weekends. No kids, have a small solid group of girlfriends that I hang with.

My cat is my baby, so it’s important to me that who stays here is observant of him & will always keep the doors shut. (they’re indoor only) I’m fine living with males or females. (no couples). I’m a team minded person, love all things self-development, nature lover, Halloween junkie, and just overall enjoy the small things in life.
