I have a two bedroom two bath private condominium in Encino it is a security complex with 24 hour security guards on duty it has a giant pool and Jacuzzi separate men’s and women’s gyms with new equipment sauna and showers a giant recreation room with three pool tables ping-pong and foosball along with a catering kitchen for parties just outside the door by the pool are vending machines for snacks and beverages the complex also offers three tennis courts two putting greens barbecue pits and lush grounds very resort like a great place for summer as far as the condominium it has two bedrooms on opposite sides of the unit with the living room in the middle the bedroom has two closets, hardwood floors and en suite powder room adjacent to your own private bathroom with shower and brand new toilet and the room can be furnished or unfurnished depending on your needs. the unit is just steps away from laundry and trash the complex is close to the 101 freeway and is walking distance to everything two different supermarkets Ralph’s and Trader Joe’s 7-Eleven gas stations and car washes various restaurants and fast food, such as McDonald’s, Chick-fil-A, subway panda express ,the habit, the shake shack, blaze pizza. It is also walking distance to Target CVS and Starbucks along with a number of stores and shops Banks and the post office encino is a very safe and affluent neighborhood it is a celebrity enclave. There is no trash no graffiti no homeless. The police seem to move them along very quickly as far as myself I am a entertainment industry executive to be a little bit more specific I am a music industry executive with over 22 RIAA certified multi platinum records to my credit, all of which proudly adorn the walls throughout the condominium if you’re a music fan, I’m sure you are familiar with all of them currently I’m an executive producer of a new upcoming television crime series in pre-production I keep a fairly busy schedule I do not drink smoke or use illegal drugs I am 420 friendly, I am very security conscious so what I’m looking for is when I’m not around someone is around and when they’re not around I’m around I want to show a little activity that the condo is lived in I keep a very private quiet home Encino is an extremely safe and convenient neighborhood with many affluent people and celebrities living in the area which can be spotted in our local markets on a daily basis if you have any interest in the Encino area please feel free to contact me for further information thank you
