Private room available in a single story 2 bed apartment. Room will be partially furnished with a twin bed (I have a full as well, but it’s very old), and has a decent size closet. Rent includes utilities (including internet and Netflix). I would prefer a female around my age, but I also could be open to a couple. The $200 deposit listed includes the $50 non refundable application fee to the apartment complex as well as a $150 refundable deposit to me as the lease holder. The room is available pretty much as soon as the complex approves an application. I do have two cats but unfortunately that is the apartment limit so I can’t add anymore, however they are super friendly and sweet. I hope to hear from you soon :)

I am not really one to party, but I do enjoy having a few friends over from time to time.
