Hi, I’m looking for a female for the master bedroom of my 3 bedroom/2 bath apartment. Common spaces in the apartment are fully furnished and probably have everything you’d possibly need. Move in Date mid june/july/august 1st date are flexible.

The apartment is the full 3rd & 4th floors of a 4 floor walkup. Master bedroom is on the 3rd, along with the private bathroom, separate office, living room, kitchen and dining area. Two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. Washer/dryer on the 4th floor as well. The back door leads out to the shared yard with nice patio furniture and overhanging patio lights. As you can see the office has a desk and monitor that’s available for your use. Located on Ashland and Wellington. Jewel is literally across the street and there’s a Whole Foods 3 blocks north. Parking on all surrounding blocks is free and always available. 9 bus is across the street and a 10 minute walk to the brown line. Rent is $1,095, plus utilities, which are about $100 / month per person (electric, gas and internet).

Current Roommates: Tori (29) and Lisa (24) are both working professionals and incredibly friendly people. We’re looking for someone that’s respectful and very clean.
