About the room
A private room is available for rent starting on July 6. The room is 101 sq. ft. and is located in a five-bedroom, three-bathroom house. The rent is $850 per month, and all utilities are included (electricity, gas, water, trash, washer/dryer, refrigerator/freezer), as well as wireless internet. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful, with ample street parking and a green area for walking or jogging.
The house has a shared kitchen and breakfast area, a living room, a family room, and a backyard. The current owner occupies the main bedroom, and there are three other roommates. We have a respectful and kind relationship
We are looking for a clean, responsible, and reliable female tenant. This room is perfect for a student or young professional who does not smoke, do drugs, drink alcohol, host parties, play loud music, or have guests or pets. If you’re interested, you can schedule an appointment to view the room.
About the roomies
I’m the owner and have three roommates. We maintain a good and respectful relationship. I leave it in the main bedroom, and rent out the other three rooms.
