I have 2 spaces. 1) basement studio with its own bath/laundry, kitchen and outside entrance (electric not included, all else is) and 2) a 1st floor room that shares my part of home ( daughter and I have 2nd floor) . It also has its own outside entrance. Big yard, small pool, pets possible.

Howdy folks, 1st to be clear no vax for Covid mean NO!! I am the worlds best single dad. I have a fun incredibly smart ( 8 yo reads at adult level) daughter who is full of fun and play and I make her life magical. This house was built ( By me) for kids with lofts and many play spaces, big yard and pool. I am looking for a very kid friendly roommate to share this space and help with chores/childcare to trade for rent, (I don’t need your $, I make that much in a few hours, licensed electrician, I need help!) in a very business like way, no open ended undefined deals) Chores paid by the hour (@$15) taken off rent you owe 40 hours of chores a month pay your rent ($600) I am self employed and very busy, I make great $ and don’t need cash but sure need the extra help. Very healthy living, no smoking into meditation and the spiritual path. No folks who struggle with sobriety that a bit of wine etc throws them into a tail spin. I am very disciplined gentle and non violent yet strong like mountain. NOT LOOKING FOR A RELATIONSHIP!!! Just someone who can help and have fun making my little ones life magical around the edges. Yes you don’t know me however I am the one with the child so it is me who has real concerns of who you are here. Be ready for authentic communications. Let me know in detail why I should consider you please. Children welcome Will provide vehicle for exceptional talent and dutifulness. If interested I will send you list of possible chores etc, may also be able to give you some hours in a few of my business as well (cleaning, food truck). At this point it is just my daughter and I but as I have 2 spaces I can see 1 new roommate in each. However whoever is the 1st roommate I will give a say if, who the 2nd roommate is. Deal breakers, anyone in recovery, smokers the non vaccinated.
