My house is located in a great quiet neighborhood in the Westport vicinity between 43rd Street and 39th Street. It is centrally located with easy access to the Plaza, downtown, and Interstate highway system. It is .9 miles from the KU Medical Center, 1 mile from St. Lukes Hospital, and 2.6 miles from UMKC. This is a two bedroom home with 1.5 bathrooms and a large carpeted basement. It is the newest house in the neighborhood (constructed in 2000). The bedroom for rent is on the second floor and has a walk-in closet with a California closet type system. It features a Hollywood bathroom shared with the other bedroom. All 1st and 2nd floor rooms are freshly painted and feature new carpet. Use of washer/dryer included. Shared common areas include the kitchen, living room, dining room and second living room/study area in basement. Google Fiber internet and all utilities are included. The house is located in a safe walkable neighborhood with street parking available.

I own the house and will be the only other roommate. I am a mature adult and a graduate of the University of Missouri and Rockhurst University. I prefer a calm and tidy household. I am easy to get along with and have a variety of interests. I am looking for a roommate that is responsible, clean, easy to get along with and a nonsmoker. No pets please.
