Large size living room in a 2 bedroom condo for rent. with Queen size Sofa Sleeper and privacy dark curtains for complete privacy and access to screen in porch, huge walk-in private closet, Shared bathroom, brand new kitchen appliances. washer and dryer, high speed internet and all utilities/water included in rent. Just clean after yourself, absolutely no smoking inside condo and absolutely NO drugs including marijuana in or outside of condo. Absolutely no overnight guests. No cats or dogs or other pets allowed. Would prefer a male, as a man and his 15 year old son lives in condo. Valencia college is approximately 2 miles less than 10 minutes away.
