I am a very quiet, respectful, clean person. I don’t like loud parties or people who don’t clean up after themselves. There is no one else living here. I usually work and the rest of the time I teach from home. You will have privacy, but the apartment is unfurnished. If you want furniture you must bring it yourself. I am not looking for a couple or family to move in.
