Dead End neighborhood off of S Tryon. Fenced in backyard is great for dogs. The master bedroom and private master bath is available. The room is unfurnished, the rest of the house is furnished but could probably fit some more if you have. Utilities are not included, we split utilities 3 ways each month. We are pet friendly!

Two females in mid 20s currently live here. We prefer females or males(just dont be straight). We also have a lab mix puppy who is adorable and will always greet you with a warm welcome when you walk through the door. We have a mini fridge full of beer and a large wine rack you are always welcomed to. Ideally we would like someone who we can be friendly with and not just a roommate.
