We have a 3,600 sq foot home. We currently have one room available. Utilities included. Shared common area I.e. pool, living room kitchen. Laundry onsite. There’s an extra double-door fridge designated for our roomies. We have someone that comes and clean the house once every three weeks.

We are located at the borderline of Roseville and Rocklin. We are within walking distance of Central Park. Nugget plaza and Bayside Church. We are a 4-minute drive from Galleria Mall, Nordstrom, Sunsplash, Topgolf, and many more! We are by Fairway and Stanford Ranch.

We have extra mattresses, dresser drawers, and a table if needed. We will run your credits and background check. If you already have it. You can provide them.

We are a professional working household with three dogs. Most of our children are grown and have moved out, and we currently have a 14-year-old living at home.

I have been working in managed care for 19 years and work remotely from home. My partner is an electrician.

Our household is generally very quiet during the day, as I work from home and our routines are structured around work and school. The only times we are all home together are in the mornings before school and in the evenings.
