Our roommate on the second floor is moving out. Rent for room is $1050 (not including utilities). Month to month lease. This is a duplex/two floor apartment which includes 2 full bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 1 full kitchen, 1 kitchenette, 2 separate entrances, and a private backyard only open to our unit. The landlord has a no pet policy, so unfortunately no cats and no dogs (sorry). No smoking INSIDE the apartment. We have the ground floor and the first floor of the building. 3-5 minute walk to the Greenpoint Ave G train. Grocery stores and laundromats close by. The room is located on the first floor. The room has a beautiful closet with a full length mirror. This is a month-to-month lease. If you want/need to move out, all you have to do is give a 30-day notice that you are leaving and help us find a replacement.

A little about the roommates: our ages range from 22-37, two (males) work at Whole Foods, one (male) is in fin-tech, and one (male) works in a restaurant. Honestly, it really just feels like two separate apartments connected with stairs. Everyone’s schedule is different. Except for the two essential workers who work at Whole Foods. We all mostly keep to ourselves, but we are very friendly. This is a very queer friendly apartment as well. If you would like to stop by to see the room and apartment, please email a little about yourself and we will schedule a date and time to meet. When coming by, we ask that you please wear a mask/face cover. We will do the same. If you are then interested in the room, we will put you in touch with the landlord. He will ask for some documentation and once he approves you, it’s $1050 security deposit and $1050 1st month to move in. Let us know if you have any questions.
