3rd floor (2 rooms) available in a charming townhouse! Can be furnished with bed/ mattress and some furniture (please ask) Your space is located on the 3rd floor. There is a private staircase and door leading up. The bedroom can be at the back of the house, where it’s super quiet and gets the morning sun. You also have the second room which faces the front of the house, has built in shelving, closets and would be a great private living room. You have the whole floor to yourself! The house is cozy with plenty of places to hang out on the first floor. In addition to a half bath and kitchen, there is a lovely garden off the back porch which is a perfect place to enjoy morning coffee or evening wine. The second floor has a full bath and laundry room in addition to my bedroom and a small room which has workout/ yoga stuff ( my last housemate and I shared this space for home workouts). The house is on a quiet, well lit block in Midtown, blocks from coffee shops and restaurants and farmers market and the river walk.

There is only one other person living in the home, and that’s me! I’m in my mid 30’s and work from home. I like to sew, make pancakes on Sunday and listen to the radio (npr) instead of TV. I have a decent record collection and like to garden when it’s warm. I’m really friendly and social (Covid safe and now fully vaccinated). I try to keep the house fairly tidy, respectful and chill. I have 1 cat, Mars, a kitten Callie and a 3yr dog Tilly, who all share the space too. They are super friendly and would love to have someone else to hang out with. If you’re pet friendly you’ll love these three and we’ll probably get along pretty well too! *if you’ve never lived with pets before or might have allergies this is probably not the place for you.
