You will have your own entrance and street parking. Month-to-month lease. An application fee/background check will be required. Perfect location-less than 30 mins to Fredericksburg and less than 30 mins to Culpeper! Conveniently located 2 mins from Walmart. Sorry, no children, please. A small housebroken, dog-friendly dog or cat will be considered for an additional security and additional monthly pet fee. Will consider couples for an additional monthly fee as well.
