Spectrum Center Boulevard

Current roommates are buying a house leaving a their master bedroom with private bathroom available to rent. Room is in a very spacious (1300 sq ft) and adorable apartment located in Kearny Mesa. Hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, in unit washer and dryer, carpet in bedroom. Assigned parking spot in gated garage underneath the complex. Other amenities on site include pool, grilling area, package room, gym, and elevators. Unit gets plenty of sun and had a balcony (2nd floor). Farmers market right outside the complex every Saturday, dog park across the street, lots of doggie cleanup stations, tons of restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping centers nearby. Great quiet, little community! Please know that you would need to be added to the lease which entails an application and an application fee (I believe it is $45). 1 additional pet (cat or dog) is okay but there would be pet rent each month ($55) and a pet deposit of $500. Utilities are not included but range about $100-$150 per month for electric and internet and about $100 every 3 months for the sewer, trash, water. The lease is up in December of this year but if things work out well, we can continue on a month to month basis with the company. The floor plan is that of the unit and the circled area is the room that is available.

I am a 34F, professional with a pretty early work schedule (0530 to 1400) M-F. Very considerate that not everyone is awake at this time and am quiet when leaving in the mornings. I have an 11 year old doggo who is still active for his age so we are outside on walls quite a bit. He is very well behaved, doesn’t bark or chew and enjoys pets. I enjoy PC and video games so I do spend time playing online with friends. Common areas are kept clean, bills and rent are paid on time, and communication is definitely my jam. I am fully vaccinated but still practicing safe guidelines.
