About the room
Beautiful, clean house with an available room. There are 4 bedrooms total. One is just my office though. One is currently available. Fireplace, TV, high speed internet, washer, dryer, dishwasher. Only month to month lease available for the room. The walls are lavender and there are quite a few nail holes.
About the roomies
I’m the owner, Stephen Hill, male, 28 y.o. The other resident is female, 29 y.o. occupying another room. She has a cat. The household is very quiet. There is a TV available for use in the living room. It’s rarely used. Peacock (similar to Netflix) is included and shared at no cost. I like hosting board game nights, but I haven’t done so in over a year due to the pandemic.
