I have a one bedroom for rent in a modern large house with 4 beds/3 baths. Very clean, quiet, and spacious (5 mins from South Park Meadows shopping center and 10 miles from downtown). Excellent neighborhood with a nice trail. I have one small friendly rescue doggie (well-trained). $800.00 Rent (could be prorated) + 50.00 Utilities & $400.00 Deposit (not refundable).

Looking for a person with integrity, a chill roommate who pays bills on time (please this is important) cleans up after himself, and does not invite people over (Shared bathroom, sorry no pets, 1 person per room).
