2 bedroom, 2 bath home in the country. The bedroom can be partial furnished. I have a dog and cat. Central heat/air, utilities, television connection, use of washer and dryer, use of kitchen, and wireless internet is also included in the rent payment.

A deposit of $400 will be required. It will be refunded at the end of the termed agreement as long as you leave the place in the condition you found it and don’t owe back rent payment. Deposit cannot be used as a rent payment.

There is a hall full size bathroom for your use.

Moderate drinking is okay.

This lease will be for 1 to 6 months at a time but is renewable each month if both parties agree.
