Furnished large master bedroom (20 feet x 16 feet) with a very large private 5 piece-master bathroom, large private bath with shower and tub, and a walk-in closet is available for rent. You will share this rental with two other housemates in a 3000 sq foot gorgeous Mukilteo house. The room is furnished with a newer king size bed covered with an incredibly soft bed topper, huge custom-built wood dresser, large windows, and end tables. Access to all all house common rooms (living, dining, family, kitchen, laundry) kitchen appliances and utensils including new convection stove, microwave, fridge, washer and dryer, and much more. Recent upgrades include renovated basement with ample storage space and entertainment center, granite slab counter tops in kitchen and bathroom, marble floors in the guest bathroom and laundry room, new air conditioning and new roof. There is hi-speed (fiber-optic 100/100 and wireless) Internet access, a desktop computer with a printer, and a large yard with a playhouse in the back of the house (green belt with lots of vegetation and trees) located in a clean and quiet upscale community.

Close to Boeing, Edmonds Community College, Mountlake Terrace, Shoreline, Lynnwood, Everett. Bus routes are available. Walking distance to parks, restaurants, grocery stores and shopping centers.

There are 3 of us currently, 1 mature woman (50’s), 1 young woman (20’s), and 1 man (70, the owner–but I will be gone for the good part of the year). Easy going, veggie house with some food sharing.
