About the room

Utilities included. Private bedroom and bathroom. Living room, family room and kitchen/laundry areas are the common shared spaces. Bedroom is currently furnished with a bed; however, if you prefer your own bed that’s fine, too. No pets, please.

The deposit is refundable except for $100, as I have the carpet cleaned after roommate moves out. The deposit can be paid in two installments if that’s financially easier.

About the roomies

I have a small well behaved dog that spends the night but he is never left unattended when I’m not at home. I love plants and gardening. I’m currently going to school so I’m looking for one roommate to share my home who is not into partying. Utilities and internet included in the price.
