Hi all! We’re looking for a third roommate (all genders welcome) to rent our second floor room in Sugarhouse! The house is in an amazing location! We’re in a safe residential neighborhood right across from Sugarhouse Park (~2 min walk to get there), and a 5 minute walk to downtown Sugarhouse shopping and restaurants. The bedroom that’s available gets tons of light and has great views of the mountains. The room (and honestly the whole house) is really spacious as well.

House layout: There’s a shared kitchen, living room, and restroom on the first floor. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms that share a bathroom (one of these bedrooms is the one that will be available!). In the basement, there’s a bedroom, bathroom, second living room, and shared washer/dryer. There’s also a shared two-car garage behind the house and plenty of street parking.

General Info: Rent: $767 Utilities: Split evenly, usually $30-60 Lease length: 12 months, July 2021 - June 2022 Amenities: High-speed internet, washer/dryer, two-car garage (shared) Unfortunately, no pets. 🙁

My roommate and I both work in tech and will likely be working from home most days. It’s important to us to keep the house clean—we split up and rotate through weekly chores. Other than that, we’re pretty flexible with most other house rules! In our free time, we both love the outdoors, enjoy running, hiking, and rock climbing.
