Analuisa's room

I am renting out a finished basement. It is more than a bedroom, it’s a small studio apartment without a kitchen. Has own entry, a living room, bathroom, and seprate bedroom. The only space you’ll need to share is the kitchen which is upstairs and available Anytime. Living room is furnished with double recliner and television mounted on wall. The bedroom is not furnished.

I live here with my fiance and daughter. I work from home. We are friendly and welcoming always.
