North Mechica Court

The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood yet close to downtown (10 minutes), University of Arizona (15 minutes) and Pima city college (10 minutes). The room can come furnished or not depending on your needs. The house was remodelled recently. There will be a $50 / month utility fee that covers everything including internet. The room can come unfurnished as well. There is a possibility to park your car in the garage.

I am a professional, working full time and like to take care of my house. The house has a total of four bedrooms and two baths. 2 rooms are available to rent so we will have nice new community. Rent can start from June 1 or in July. There will be a cleaning service (included) every month.
