• Building includes Gym, Laundry room, Bike room, and Rooftop -Has a 3rd bedroom that will serve as a shared office/workspace. -Walking distance to the J, M, G, and L trains -Pets accepted -conveniently located right between Bushwick and Williamsburg in Brooklyn -central air and heating in Apartment -There will only be a total of two roommates in the apartment, myself and maybe you -utilities are not included in rent

YOU MUST BE:

• able to provide proof of income, at least 600 credit score, able to provide first month’s rent and security -able to pass a criminal background check
• able to comfortably pay $1,415 monthly rent, plus split utilities in half
• looking to move in sometime between May 15 and June 1 (I am moving in May 15) -willing to take COVID safety measures while living together
• non tobacco smoker -respectful of common spaces and others -pass the vibe check lol
• 420 friendly
