. It is a very calm and peaceful environment. Rented house 9 years ago because it was around corner from my children. They are now grown .and I LOVE the area (Old Settlers Park), didn’t want to move . I’m out of town for work frequently. I had a great roommate who has been here for year, however, she moved out to relocate for job. Neighborhood (Ryans Crossing) is right next to Dell Diamond, Old Settlers Park, and Kalahari .
