You will live in a private room with your own bathroom, storage, walk-in closet, at upper floor in a brand new 4 bedroom home. Your room faces a large loft as a shared space for all members.

The rent includes -utilties, -high speed free wifi, -kitchenware, utensils, -additional storage -laundry room (washer, dryer) -large off-street parking

All members use the full kitchen with dedicated cabinets for everyone, a dining table, and a great family room with a small patio and garden. So it’s plenty of space for everyone.

We appreciate you as a full-time employed, a non-smoker, mature and responsible person, with NO DRAMA, NO ALCOHOLISM, NO DRUGS with a valid driver licence, proof of income, automobile with current registration and insurance. Veterans are welcome.

Security deposit will be $650. Pet deposit will be $150.

Rental payment is due on the first day of each month.
