Benham Avenue Southeast

Bedroom- The room is approximately 9’x12’ and has an additional closet that has a storage shelf above the hanger-bar. One large southward facing window with a view of the street.

Utilities- We split utilities evenly three ways and it usually comes out to around $130 +/-$15. I handle paying all the utilities so you would just reimburse me. I will display copies of the bills so you know I’m not lying. The bills are for Water, Trash, Gas, Electric and Internet. We don’t have cable tv so we just stream.

Bathroom- There are 3 bathrooms in the house although there is only two showers. The downstairs bathroom doesn’t have a shower, so you would have your own bathroom but would have to share the shower with another housemate.

Location- The neighborhood is pretty quite and is located in the 4 Corners area next to Houck Middle School and within walking distance of Winco. Parking is on the street and while it can get crowded around holidays, there is always a place to park.

House- The property is a duplex Townhouse. We share one wall with the neighbor to the left but except for the occasional bump on the wall, I never hear them. The Floor plan has the kitchen and shared living space on the first floor. There isn’t any garage space available but we do have a large closet downstairs and a smaller one up stairs. The backyard is small and never used. I have a small dog named Sadie. Shes a Rat-Cha (Rat-Terrier/Chihuahua) and other than a little barking at new people she is really quite and non-aggressive. The Lease only allows for dogs under 35lbs and cats. As long as your animal is cool with Sadie I’m all for more animals. Landlord- You will need to do a background check with the landlord and be added to the lease. We are month to month but are looking for someone who plans on staying at least a year if not more.

One of the housemates got married and is moving out by the end of May. So there will just be myself and Kaleb, We are in our late 20’s and early 30’s. We are pretty easy going and really don’t like drama. We don’t throw parties, do drugs or even get too loud at night but we do know how to have fun and enjoy ourselves responsibly. We keep the house pretty clean and do our best to clean up after ourselves and maintain the house. Our previous housemate is moving out and we are looking for a relaxed, down to earth person to fill their spot. We like gaming and sports.
