Multiple options available. Private room for $800 or shared room for $700. You can pick your own roommate if you decide to go for the shared room. Shared room comes with own bathroom and walk in closet. The house has a large driveway and parking on the street. Huge backyard. Kitchen newly renovated with new stove fridge and cabinets. Laundry is also available.

I currently live here alone. I work full time and go to school full time. Very chill. I myself am new to the area so I will always be down for an adventure. Anyone is welcomed.
