Hello! I have a small but happy home in Napa. There are 2 bedrooms in the main house plus a garage conversion and a freestanding room in the backyard. The room I am listing is the garage conversion so it is located on the other side of the house from my daughter and myself. It is approximately 11 x 13 feet with a 5 foot closet. It has a fresh coat of paint and the potential for a private access through the side gate if you wanted to use that instead of the front door. The neighborhood is safe and friendly. There is only one bathroom but neither of us are in there much.

My daughter (12) and I have hosted roommates for 8 years and are very good at sharing our space. We have two dogs, one cat and 5 chickens so I would prefer to not have any more pets but if the right person came along and they had a pet I would consider it. I work full time as a teacher plus I am a full time student. My daughter is involved in many after school activities so we are away from the house a lot. When I am home we use the kitchen or bathroom briefly and spend the bulk the time in our rooms. We would prefer a roommate who is part of the home and is somewhat social since it makes the living situation so much easier. There is a beautiful backyard space to hang out and have friends, the front yard will be my big project this summer.
