Spacious and pristine clean furnished bedroom inside nice centrally located townhouse Doral Community (note: NOT an efficiency - private room inside home), safe and prime location ranked the 20th best city in the US.

Includes: ~Sheets and towels, your own plates, glass, cup, and eating silverware. ~Personal bath and small fridge inside room. Wifi ~Once a week washer/dryer access. ~Kitchen access (light cooking and food heating). ~Parking available ~ 6 mos MINIMUM stay, or longer, if mutually agreeable. ~ Refundable deposit of $900, provided everything is left in good conditions and nothing is missing, damaged or broken upon surrendering the keys, with all keys included - within 10 days, per state of Florida law. ~ Room must be vacated upon 30-day advanced notice from either party, but never before 6 months minimum stay. ~ $900 due on the 1st of each month. ~ Prorated rent, if moving prior to the 1st of the month. ~ Walking distance to eateries, groceries, pharmacies, public transportation - 2 Doral Trolley stops are just a block away from the community to drive you to the Palmetto Metrorail Station. 5 minute car ride to major highways, shopping centers, Universities, 15 min drive from Miami Int’l Airport.
~ Common sense, respect, courtesy and CLEANLINESS cohabitation rules. ~ Absolutely NO ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION, nor SMOKERS, vapers, or pot users inside or within the immediate surroundings. No fire arms allowed on the premises, even if roommate has a permit.

I am a friendly, expect respect, good behavior, manners, courtesy, honesty and CLEANLINESS from my roommates. Dirt invites pests. I raise butterflies as a hobby and speak 4 languages. I have a full time job, so my roommates need to work full time, or go to school, if it’s the case - with reliable income to enable TIMELY rent due on the 1st of the month without demand.

My ideal roommate does not need to hold extended conversations, but should be able to greet if we cross paths and if busy, at least acknowledge my texts, in case we need to communicate and we are not in front of each other.

There are 2 elderly cats and 1 old small dog - so you CANNOT bring any pets, nor be allergic, or dislike animals. Individual must be pet friendly, compassionate, and not one who rejects having a pet come close to smell them, as they are very old and could be scared easily. Yet could be curious of new faces.
