About the room

You will live in a private room with your own walk-in closet at upper floor in a brand new 4 bedroom home . Your room faces a large loft as a shared space for all members. The room is fully furnished with a full bed including blanket and pillow, night stand, desk&chair. You share a bath room with another person. The rent includes free wifi, kitchenware, utensils, laundry room and large parking. All members use the full kitchen with dedicated cabinets for everyone, a dining table and a great family room with a small patio and garden. So its plenty of space for everyone.

Our home is built in April 2021 in a brand new community at Fuquay Varina in a wonderful neighbourhood.

We appreciate you as a full-time employed, a non-smoker, mature and responsible person, with a valid driver licence, proof of income, automobile with current registration and insurance. Veterans are very welcome.

About the roomies

My husband and I are world citizens, warm-hearted, and open-minded. We love traveling. I am a full-time restaurateur and a part-time traveler and was a full-time RN. We are generous and have been helping many people through our time.
