Bright, unfurnished room in 2BR house. Looking for a quiet, respectful, lgbt-friendly roommate, preferably 24 or older. Located in Old Town West - 5 minute walk to City Park, 5 minute bike to Old Town, Poudre Trail, and CSU. The house has lots of natural light and is very cozy. The landlord’s son lives in the downstairs unit so any maintenance issues are fixed very quickly. House has a shaded back yard which is really nice during the warm months! Off street parking and a garage. The house has AC and lots of storage. I do have a dog but unfortunately we can’t have any more pets in the house. Move-in date ideally sometime in December/January.
