Now you need to look for a cheaper place to live…I’m offering the cheapest living situation in All LA county, at 2/3 rds off the market rate. Plus I am paying for the utilities…. ( Can you survive LA living - without me and my rental ?) Even though that this is a Very Large Clean Living (13 x 15 ft ) living Room for rent out - you get access to everything - everywhere. We all hit rough times people - this is for those who needs to save more money for there own place…. This is Not a sectioned off area of a living room – it’s All yours. With me - you get it all… Read on - you will see…. This is a good spot for those who are needing to be closer to there work - saving time and gas money on commute. This is also a great spot for catching the Metro Orange line – for those colleges that are near…. I am a 53 year old white male - who doesn’t have a life. Just work then home. I do not smoke nor drink. Don’t mind if you do - Just outside. I am looking for a lgbt and cat friendly male who can commit to a minimum of 6 mth stay. That way I know that your serious about renting. I do have some furniture - like a Large dresser and a cot with mattress, for you to use. Or you can bring your stuff… I also have a kitchen table and cookware - as well as plates and glasses. All is here for use… I do have 3 very loving fixed female cat’s - that for the most part - sleep with me at night. NOW - for the Better Bargain –– UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED…. That’s right - I pay for the gas water and electricity. Plus I have a very large air conditioner that I use during LA’s 5 months of Hot weather … that electric bill alone will same you big-time… ONCE AGAIN – UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED…. but no cable or internet. If you are in need of - you May do so - in your own name… Building does provide for a vendor of wifi… Rent is $700 a mth - and I’d due on the 1st of every month…. And a $400 sec deposit - that’s it….. Plus I have a 8 ft swimming pool - Just feet from my front door…. Ahhhh……… This apartment is ONLY SHARED WITH ME - NOT 6 or more Others, Just ME. Meaning that you can take a shower whenever you want and cook anytime of the day or night….. Must have a full time job that go to outside the residents building And you worked past your 90 trial probationary period … No stay at home career goers…. No exceptions…. This is a single occupancy only…. Also no weed… No Couple’s…. Looking for semi- to long term renter… (6 mths or more )… That way I know you are serious about renting…. Looking to fill Now…… WILL PRORATE THE REST OF THE MONTH FOR A SERIOUS RENTER WHO NEEDS HOUSING NOW…….
