Cute room available in SW Portland (Garden Home/Raleigh Hills area) home.

We are located in a great neighborhood with access to several bus lines that run through Beaverton and downtown Portland. We are only a few minutes from grocery stores, 15 minutes from downtown, and walking distance from several outdoor trails and public parks! Please note: public transit isn’t easily accessible from our location so this is a better fit for folks with vehicles.

We have a cute backyard with a water feature mini pond, gazebo, undercover patio area, and… wild bunnies that hang out in the Spring time!

Bonus: the full bathroom was completely remodeled March of 2020 and is brand new! Also we have a large kitchen with plenty of storage space. :)

There are currently three female identified roommates in the home and we are looking for additional person to take over the available room. We are looking for a roommate that is respectful, responsible, honest, collaborative, tidy, and proactive to maintain our harmonious home environment. We are all COVID conscious and prefer roommates with the same approach.

A bit about each roommate:

V is 27 and a graduate student studying counseling. She is the homeowner’s daughter and helps manage the home. She is extroverted and enjoys dancing, karaoke, and making art. As a personal trainer of several years, she also enjoys staying active weight lifting, kickboxing, and doing yoga.

M is 26 and works as a lawyer for a local nonprofit. She is originally from New Jersey and is getting to know Portland. She works from remotely from home and enjoys DND, cooking, and making art!

S is 22 and is originally from the Seattle area. She works in the hospitality industry and enjoys learning about astrology and reading and recently took up roller skating!
